This ale poured a nice red colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, toast, dough and a hint of the cooked veggies. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of toast and malt. Lightly hoppy with a tiny bitterness lingering on the palate. Delicious!

This IPA poured a dark amber colour with a creamy light brown coloured head. Minimal lacing. Scents include caramel, bread and light herb? hops. First swig was a little thin but very flavourful. Flavours of cereal, toast and resin hops most prominent. Finish is quite hoppy on the palate with a little toast lingering.

This Brown poured a deep near black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Scents include molasses, coffee, chocolate and toast. Nice lacing. First swig was roasty as hell with flavours of coffee, caramel and a little smoke. Finish is nice and burnt with that roasted caramel/coffee lingering forever. Delicious !

A dark amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light pepper notes, vegetables, so-so. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with a bang of piri piri pepper, grassy hops, interesting. Cask Days 2016.

A golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity Saison with light banana, cloves, tart apples, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with orange pulp, coriander, cloves, creamy character, very nice. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2015.

Draft - Light cranberry sourness and a touch of soap. Clear orange red with a white head. Juicy, light tart and acidity. Nothing special, but OK.

Draft - Biscuity malts and butterscotch. Clear gold with a good white head. Biscuit, light citrus and fruit hops with a dry bitter finish. Very English.

Draft - Nice orange and grapefruit , with a touch of tartness. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet Belgian estery notes, grass and some pepper notes. Bitter finish and boozy sweetness is in check. Nice.

A pale golden saison with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of spices, coriander, orange peel, grassy hops, nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light butterscotch, coriander and curacao, OK. On tap at Wvrst.

A hazed pale blonde Gratzer with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light peated bacon notesnotes, butterscotch notes, so-so. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with bacon peated malt, light esters, light butterscotch, OK. On tap at Bar Volo.
