This saison poured a deep brown colour with a beautiful, creamy brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, bubblegum, and maybe a hint of cloves? First swig was very nice with an initial sweet, ripe fruit flavour turning into a bit of bubblegum and light clove with some nice burnt flavours. Mouthfeel is thick with ripe fruit and a bit of wine flavour lingering.

Flavours of cereal, toast and resin hops most prominent. Finish is quite hoppy on the palate with a little toast lingering.

This Brown poured a deep near black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Scents include molasses, coffee, chocolate and toast. Nice lacing. First swig was roasty as hell with flavours of coffee, caramel and a little smoke. Finish is nice and burnt with that roasted caramel/coffee lingering forever. Delicious !
