A burgundy red ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet butterscotch malt with light grassy hops, buttery notes, faint beets. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with butterscotch notes, light beets, grassy hops, OK. On tap at Bar Volo.

Very dark reddish brown with a small tight khaki head that hangs around and leaves some sparse lace. Tons of chocolate, toffee and dark fruit with some vanilla and roasted nuts. Medium Light sweet start moves to a medium bitter chocolate and light resin which continues to create a dry finish. Medium full sticky mouth with soft carbonation. Nice hoppy brown.

Deep red with a small off white head. Strong brown sugar nose with hints of barnyard and some plum. Sweet brown sugar with hints of vanilla, and some red fruit and a light background bitterness. Medium mouth with average carbonation.

Deep black pour with a small dark tan head. Nose is strong roasted malt with coffee and dark chocolate. Bitter coffee and chocolate from start to lingering bitter finish, tempered by some very light vanilla and toffee. Medium full creamy mouth with soft carbonation.

Hazy medium amber with a good white head. Nose is lots of citrus and light pine and some grain. Light sweet toffee backbone supports a medium bitter grapefruit middle with a lingering finish. Medium slick mouth with average carbonation. Well balanced.

Bottle from the brewery. Pitch black pour with a a small tight tan head that fades slowly to a sheet and leaves fine lace. Lots of cocoa and coffee with light toffee, vanilla and hints of dark fruit and maple. Light sweet start with a short mildly bitter middle and a short light sweet finish. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation. Nice well balanced Porter.

Medium slightly hazy orange with small off whie head. Nose is caramel and faint citrus. Nice sweet start with a nice light grapfruit bitterness and hints of apricot. Medium mouth with average carbonation.

Pours a clear deep amber with good white head. Nose is sweet roasted malts. Sweet start with light bitter end. Mouth is medium with average carbonation.

Not a super interesting pale ale. Only minimal hops aroma with some bitterness. Pours cloudy gold without any lacing or head. Some citrus and malt. Average carbonation. On tap at Barhop.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet milk chocolate with caramel notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a sweet fruity chocolate malt with light grassy hops, silky. Cask Days 2013.
