This IPA poured a medium amber colour with minimal head. Minimal lacing. Scents include huge citrus hops, lemon dish soap, Thrills gum and edible marijuana products. First swig was ultra hoppy with flavours of a little lime, grass and pepper. Finish is quite peppery with that load of hops... wwaayy too much.

This lager poured a medium amber colour with an off white, creamy head. Scents include ripe fruit, sweet caramel and maybe basic pastry. First swig was nice and smooth with beautiful malty flavours and others of caramel and a little musty basement. Finish is slightly sweet with lingering flavours of minute apple cider and must.

This xpa poured a light amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Scents include musty, dough and a light perfume? First swig was quite good with flavours of grammas basement, earth and light citrus. Finish isn’t as hoppy as I figured it would be. Flavours of dust and basement lingering...

This Pilsner poured a deeper amber colour than normal with a creamy off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include toasted malts, cereal and dough. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of toast and light hops. Finish has a little basement to it and a light hop bitterness lingering.

This amber lager poured a medium amber colour with a white, fizzy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include sweet malts, a little white wine and apples? First swig was a little flat but had nice flavours of light apples, sweet malts and dough. Finish is smooth with malty goodness lingering.

This APW poured a dark yellow colour with a off white, soapy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include toasted puffed wheat, honey and resin. First swig was a little thin with flavours of toasted malt and light grass. Finish was mildly bitter with the grassy/resin flavours lingering.

This ale poured a slightly cloudy, medium yellow colour with a off white, creamy head. Scents include oats, buttered popcorn, must and cooked veggies. Nice lacing. First swig was creamy but a little thin with flavours of buttered popcorn, corn and cereal. Grapefruit? Not here. Finish has a little oily mouthfeel with a slightly musty flavour and light hoppy bitterness lingering.

This ale poured a deep crimson colour with a off white creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include a light wine bouquet, sour cherry juice and light dough. First swig was not bad at all. These sour beers can be a punch in the face but this one is mild. Flavours of light cherries and hops. A little bitter on the palate with a light cherry finish.

This Pils poured a medium yellow colour with a fizzy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, dough and light citrus hops. First swig was a shocker to the palate, with strongish hop flavour. Other flavours of a little honey and grain there as well. Finish is quite strong flavoured with hoppy bitterness lingering.

This saison poured a deep brown colour with a beautiful, creamy brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, bubblegum, and maybe a hint of cloves? First swig was very nice with an initial sweet, ripe fruit flavour turning into a bit of bubblegum and light clove with some nice burnt flavours. Mouthfeel is thick with ripe fruit and a bit of wine flavour lingering.
