Can from the brewery. Clear yellow pour, with a medium white head. Wheat, candied orange peel, sweet malts, decent bitterness. Very fruity finish, light stone fruit, pine resin and candied citrus peel. Easy drinking, crisp and clean. Nice stuff.

On tap at C’est What. Slightly hazy amber/orange pour, with a small white head. Nice grassy, slightly citric aroma. Some subtle grapefruit, with hints of lemon. Low carb, medium mouth feel. The finish is again grassy, with solid but not mindblowing citrus notes. medium bitterness, pleasant, but not amazing.

This porter poured a deep red colour, almost black, with a creamy, light brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include cocoa, toasted malts and a little smoke. First swig was delicious and smooth. Creamy mouthfeel, slightly sweet with flavours of cocoa, charcoal and a little molasses. Finish is toasty, roasty and slightly smokey. Delicious.

This IPA poured a nice amber colour with a big, creamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include citrus, a little grass and light malt. First swig was a lot more hoppy than expected but the bouquet. Flavours of citrus hops, honey and malt. Finish is bitter with that over-hopped flavour lingering forever.
