Description
We get our name and mission from the CARE and DETAIL of the nursing community around the country. Every nurse needs to learn the 5 RIGHTS: The RIGHT patient, the RIGHT medication, the RIGHT timing, the RIGHT dosage, and the RIGHT method. It's all about providing quality care and making sure every person is treated exactly RIGHT.

We take the same approach to our beer. We put a lot of attention and detail into making sure we have the RIGHT water, grain, yeast, hops and ultimately the RIGHT beer.

And our goal isn't just to make the RIGHT BEER that you'll love to drink every time, but to create a CULTURE OF CARE where you are always welcome and treated like part of the 5 Rights Family.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. WA streak continues. We have damn good beer up here. A darker golden orange pour, sticky foam head and lacing. Malt forward aroma, earthy and caramel both. Thicker body, has an obvious sweet side to it. Bold and sweet malt bill, a gentle hop bitterness to this imperial. Drinks lighter than expected actually. Pretty good overall.

Draft pour to a tulip at Hop and Hound. A dark coffee brown pour. Appearance matches the aroma. Appearance and aroma matches the flavor. Big time coffee brew here. I love it. The taste reminds me of a fine cold brew. I get a touch of a hazelnut character here. I'm not big on hazelnut, but it's not enough here to bother me. Smooth overall. A coffee late linger. Maybe a touch one dimensional, but my love for a good coffee doesnt care about that either. Solid.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Bummed I missed the anniversary, and 2 of the 3 beers, but glad I didn't completely strike out! Cheers to the anniversary of my ultimate local go to beer place as well. A memorable rate here, as a celebrate a milestone of a beer bar that I can call friends after many good times. Reddish pour, shady haze. Mixed berry aroma, slightly sweet. Flavor is really jammy. The wheat and berry combination creates a bit of a jelly sandwich reminder. Throw some peanut butter in this, and we might have something really interesting. Flavor doesn't scream blueberry, but a mixed red berry constant for sure. Wheat and barely tart berry finish. Enjoyed this beer.

Draft half pint poured at Hop and Hound. A dark reddish brown pour with a cream consistent head. Rich dark fruit forward aroma, a bit of a dusty grain, some caramel. Has an obvious sweet side to it, but I wouldn't call it overpowering. Raisin like fruit over rich caramel malt flavor. Coating flavor. Grape finish. Interesting, unique Scotch Ale. I enjoyed this.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. I remember having their Juice Groove here as well. If this is a lighter version, it certainly doesn't lack any of the flavor of the heavier version. Thick, hazy pour, worthy of the NE style. Juicy up front, hut turns quite bitter towards the finish. Orange fruit on the nose. Touch of grapefruit. A solid and tasty IPA. Still waiting for that taproom in LS, guys!

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Still waiting on the new 5 Rights location. I want to come check it out. And drink more tasty beer. Hurry up!! If not, I'll just keep enjoying them here. There's worse things. Moderately hazy golden orange pour. A frothy, lasting head. This one leans on a tropical fruit profile. Juicy pineapple like hops going on, a soft banana like hint. Some semi sweet malt, which is a coheadliner here. Late lingering flavor is bitter, but cool at the end. An IPA that has some strength showing through, maybe a little more than the advertised amount. Thicker juicy body. Overall, a pretty good beer here.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Power out, so me and the dog are here enjoying beers. Fair trade. Golden orange pour. Bright and inviting. Very tasty hefe here, and stays away from being to American Wheat like. Pretty true to the Bavarian style in my opinion. Floral and citrus peel aroma. Flavor is a juicy orange, barely a lemon note, floral, minimum bubblegum. Nothing is under or overwhelming here. Refreshing beer. A hefe well done. Good stuff.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound, 10 oz presented on nitro for brewers night. Near black, thick cream covered pour. Soft, mellow roast. Big chocolate aroma. Creamy, cool chocolate flavor. Super tasty milk chocolate stout here. Dessert on a glass. Very impressed with this stout, and their beers in general. A chocolate flavor that sticks around for a while. Low abv, huge flavor. Good stuff.

Draft 10 oz pour at Hop and Hound, during 5R brewers night. NE IPAs are popping up often these days. Listening to the brewer explain what a NE IPA is all about, reminds me of many chats I’ve had with luttonm about the subject. Cheers my friend. A hazy golden orange pour. Soap bubble, lasting head. Thick body, juicy fruit flavor. Not like the gum. Actually, yeah, like the gum. Mixed fruit, cream, and a mellow bitter and sweet finish. Extremely pleasant IPA here. Totally on board with this one.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound, Bothell, for 5 Rights brewers night. Always cool to meet a new brewer when time hasn’t allowed a trip out to the actual brewery. Apple juice golden pour. Some head. Fresh Mosaic profile here, and very refreshing. A hop bitterness to remains at the noticeable level, but doesn’t overpower. A pale that I could drink a ton of, but they have other beers to try. Solid pale here.
