Description
We get our name and mission from the CARE and DETAIL of the nursing community around the country. Every nurse needs to learn the 5 RIGHTS: The RIGHT patient, the RIGHT medication, the RIGHT timing, the RIGHT dosage, and the RIGHT method. It's all about providing quality care and making sure every person is treated exactly RIGHT.
We take the same approach to our beer. We put a lot of attention and detail into making sure we have the RIGHT water, grain, yeast, hops and ultimately the RIGHT beer.
And our goal isn't just to make the RIGHT BEER that you'll love to drink every time, but to create a CULTURE OF CARE where you are always welcome and treated like part of the 5 Rights Family.

Dark brown, nice biscuity malt and grapefruit hop. Softish body. Good balance. Nothing mind blowing but solid execution. 3 7 7 4 14

Amber, bright, not much head. Piney, medium bitterness, splash of alcohol, decent example.

Pale, dull and not much haze. Weed and onion aroma. Similar palate, too sulphury for my taste, malts just ok.

Opaque, hazy and a bit dull. Super juicy, lots of orange. Low bitterness, malts okay but the fruit works well.

Dark brown. Thin head. Aroma is fruity with a little bit of toasty malt. Soft body, quite fruity, probably low level diacetyl influencing things.

Draft 13 oz pour at Hop and Hound. It is so refreshing to see a non hazy imperial around here. I really thought hazy would be gone by now. Some things we just had no idea how long they would stick around for. Darker golden orange appearance. Thin foam head. Aroma of soft peach and bready / nutty grains. Flavor is an appropriate amount of aggressive hop bitter that I always hope for. Some slightly juicy peach like notes dare to balance. Smooth drinking imperial with a late bite. Solid hop bill, with a resinous linger. Late nutty grain palate. Flavorful imperial. Very nice brew.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Juicy golden haze. Thin film head. Easy drinking pale, flavorful, leaning towards the maltier side. Biscuit grains are complimented by soft citrus like hop character. A slight grassy note lingers. Cool, refreshing palate. Solid, sessionable pale here.

Draft pour pint, enjoyed at Hop and Hound. It's good to be home, and back to normal. This IPA just reminds me of relaxing in the PNW. Soft haze, golden orange pour. Thin fizz head. An earthy hop nose. Grassy, a bit piney. Body is a little thicker. Earthy and onion hops, but a mostly smooth IPA. Grain is just a tad gritty. The finish is cool, and its refreshing overall. Bold and interesting IPA here.

Draft pour enjoyed at Hop and Hound, as part of their fresh hop event. Smooth imperial. Juicy citrus hop character. Gentle rich malts. Caramel malt, lemon and grapefruit secondary. Drinks under the imperial status for sure, though there is a little heat that creeps up at the end. Overall an enjoyable imperial.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Still trying to figure out this style, so I figure full pints are the best way to accomplish that. A clean, pale golden pour, fuzzy fizz head. Aroma is a mild juicy fruit. Like the gum almost, a little orange too. Flavor is a bit much for me with this one. Aggressive taste, heavy with overripe fruit, and a dry, sharp finish. Active carb here, has a slight vanilla wafer like flavor hidden in the background. Not perfect, sure, but it does seem to get a little better as it sits. Unusal characteristic from the style? I don't know. A unique beer here, and overall not bad.
