Draft pour pint at The Collective, Woodinville last week. Rating from notes. $3 pint, can’t really go wrong. Clear golden amber pour, with a straw heavy aroma. Flavor is grassy hops, a little corn, straw. All flavor is very light, but very easy drinking and refreshing. Not bad, but missing something.

On tap at Yakima taproom, part of a flight. While the Bad monk was darker and more reminiscent of a quad, this one leaned more towards the tripel, savory herbs, slightly spicy and yeasty.

Craft - Orange and caramel notes. Clear gold with a rich white head. Lots of nice candy floss sweetness, caramel and a bitter finish. Nice and drinkable.

Can - Sweet biscuity malts and a decent amount of light hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Lots of malty sweetness and nice hop bite. Hops don’t really shine, although the balance is nice in the sweet and bitter. My can was a bit flat and under filled, may have been why hops are bit lost. Still decent though.
