Light floral witbier. Lots of ginger on the nose and in the mouth. Nice bright citrus, wheaty, easy drinking

Opening Bash: pours gold with white head. Aroma is grainy and ricey. Taste is lightly bitter, smooth, crisp and clean.

Opening Bash: pours black with small head that is beige. Malty, dark chocolate aroma. Taste is bitter dark chocolate. Licorice. Not very sweet. Fairly olde school.

Opening Bash: pours clear bright orange. Small head. Sewer smell. Lots of hibiscus. Taste is tart, lightly sweet, loads of hibiscus.

Pint can - pours a dark brown, nearly black, with a moderate tan lace - creamy texture - low carbonation - actually surprisingly dry for the strength, with a lot of cocoa, roast, espresso, a hint of smoke - some light underlying sweetener notes, mostly in the form of vanilla - finish is moderately bitter, with light red wine-ish character - a little finishing heat, but otherwise alcohol is well-hidden - a little thin on the tail end, and not as complex as I would like, but it’s pretty nice.

Purchased at Total Wine in Tampa, FL. Very hazy and citrusy, heavy on the wheat, very light sour, lots of carbonation. Decent.

Tap at 024. Pretty excellent kettle sour. Lots of plum skin character. Fun,bright, natural plum tone but not as biting as a lambic. Not the perfect body/mouth feel but good flavors.

Not sure why they did this as a pils rather than a rice lager, but it works. Lovely floral notes, mildly tea-like. Super crisp
