Pint can - pours a dark brown, nearly black, with a moderate tan lace - creamy texture - low carbonation - actually surprisingly dry for the strength, with a lot of cocoa, roast, espresso, a hint of smoke - some light underlying sweetener notes, mostly in the form of vanilla - finish is moderately bitter, with light red wine-ish character - a little finishing heat, but otherwise alcohol is well-hidden - a little thin on the tail end, and not as complex as I would like, but it’s pretty nice.

Purchased at Total Wine in Tampa, FL. Very hazy and citrusy, heavy on the wheat, very light sour, lots of carbonation. Decent.

Tap at 024. Pretty excellent kettle sour. Lots of plum skin character. Fun,bright, natural plum tone but not as biting as a lambic. Not the perfect body/mouth feel but good flavors.

Not sure why they did this as a pils rather than a rice lager, but it works. Lovely floral notes, mildly tea-like. Super crisp

Pint can from Festival Northland, 1/7/23. Hazy amber, medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of toffee, hay, butterscotch. Taste is toffee, raisin, butterscotch, bit of stone fruit. Booze hiddel well. Well balanced. Nice. This brewery is relatively new in the area, but, I've like their stuff and it's a nice way to pump up my Brazil ticks.

Pint can from Festival Northland, 1/7/23. A pint can of 11% Imperial Stout, as one does. Pours black, large brown head. Gushed a bit but that's on me... I poured a bit vigorously at the end. Good retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate, molasses, leather. Taste is roast, vanilla, chocolate, leather. Booze well hidden. Damn good no frills imperial stout. Fuck your lactose and pastry, this is fantastic. Well worth the $5.27 I paid for this can.

Pint can from Festival Northland, 1/2/23. Hazy and kinda sickly looking yelloworange. Yes, I combine the colors when I list two of them. Inspiration is from Radiohead's No Surprises and the line you look so tired-unhappy which I like to imagine as tiredunhappy. Medium tan head, poor retention. Aroma of candi sugar, caramel, stone fruit. Taste is lemon, stone fruit, caramel, bready malt. Bright, somewhat surprisingly tart. High carb. Decent.

Opaque and very pale. Thin head. Aroma is kind of yeasty. On the palate it’s good though. Bright, citrusy, light acidity and pale malt.

Pint can from Woodman’s Oak Creek, 10/16/22. Hazy orange, large white head, above average retention. Aroma of floral, earthy hop, white grape. Taste is mango, white grape, pale malt. Juicy, delicate. Nice. Not really an “American” IPA though.
