Bottled at 4.1% ABV. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

33 cl bottle. pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, cornish and straw. Grassy, toasted and light cornish flavoured. Bitter and grassy finish.

Bright clear gold beer, tiny white head. Palate is light and crisp and semi dry. Mild minerals. Light clean pale malt. Vibrant fruit here - the Bacuri fruit here astes a little like rosehips but sweeter with mild floralness and candy fruits. Finishes light and semi dry. Unusual fruit flavour from a fruit rarely seen here! I suspect this will be to sweet for a lot of people but I enjoyed it.

Bright clear gold beer, tiny white head. Palate is light and semi dry and crisp. Light clean pale malt, whisper of floralness. Touch of sweet fruits. Light finish. Not bad.

Bottle @ Shanghai Beer Festival. Quite special beer. Very sweet and fruity with some strange off tastes. Low on the hops. Quite drinkable.

33cl bottle. Pours opaque black with a nice creamy head. The nose has earthy, undergrowth and some cream. The taste has chocolate, toffee, nuts - so basically chocolate which moves into praline. The palate is medium bodied with a creamy texture and it finishes dry enough. Overall, a good stout - the nose and taste are completely different and I wouldn’t really call it a dry stout.

33cl bottle thanks to Chris B. Pours amber with a decent head. The nose has notes of undergrowth, with a slight green note, too. The taste has a slight cardboard note with too much toffee sweetness at the end. The palate is medium bodied with a biscuity texture but then a sweet cloying finish. Overall, not a great beer.
