Old rating - A 330ml bottle from Dunell's in Jersey. Pours amber with next to no head. Aromas & tastes of tropical fruits, citrus, earth & sweet malt. Soft carbonation. Sweet malty finish. Drinkable

Bottled. No chance to pour. Huge carbonation and fizz, very light and airy with fruity notes. Not much of a finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- nice and interesting fruit, close to citrus, malty, a bit herbal. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, slightly bitter, fruit syrup, malty, herbal. Medium bodied.
Lager infused with syrupe, nothing more. Still quite tasty.

Bottle from Beers of Europe - new region for me. Deep yellowy-gold with a rapidly-vanishing white head and a light fizz. Initial taste is of cheap sweetish lager with some butter and lime coming through. Then something more intriguing grew in the background - I assume the bacuri, I have no idea what that tastes like. I got something a light fruity earthiness, couldn't place it exactly, for some reason lightly smoked strawberries came to mind! It's not great - I would have liked the bacuri to be more to the fore and to lose the cheap lager up front - but it had more depth than I expected and I quite liked it by the end. Interesting...
