Bottle, 4.9%. Deep roasted aroma, cold coffee and roast barley notes. Almost black colour, seems clear. Small light brown head. The flavour has more cold coffee. Not as roasted as the aroma, but a little, I guess. Yeasty and caramelly. Roasted, bordering on soy sauce. Thin mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours hazy very dark brown with airy but stable tan head. Clear aroma of malt, chocolate and yeast, with hints of roast. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of coffee and malt and yeast, and touches of hops. Hints of fruit. Estery and roasty aftertaste. A very decent Schwarzbier; not too sweet and not watery, either.

Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very balanced and nice to drink.
