Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, light chocolate, light toasted - roasted. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very balanced and nice to drink. Bottle@Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016 - black pour with small of white head. Toasted and light roasted malty, some notes of cocoa, caramel, nice sweetness coming in, sweet malty close. Very nice.

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Saturday, Day 2 75cl bottle. Pours hazy dark orange brown colour with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of dark sweet malt, cocoa and chocolate. Taste of sweet dark malt, mild roasted malt, choclate and toffee, good!

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear dark amber color, small to average sized beige head. Aroma is malts, brown malts, light chocolate, lightly (Dutch) "speculaas", caramel. Tastes about the same: malts, brown malts, "speculaas", milk chocolate, caramel, some herbs or spices. Average to decent body and carbonation. Oh well, drinkable.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Dark brown, small head. Generous aroma of coffee and burnt toast. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate and licorice, lots of burnt toast and some coffee. Mid bitter finish. Unusually aromatic schwarzbier, but needs more malt softness.

Dunkel, stark röstiger Antrunk, was eine entsprechende Trockenheit mit sich bringt. Nuancen von Schokolade, die Süße ist zwar gering, wirkt aber trotzdem aufgesetzt. Im Vergleich zum Mittelteil schwacher Nachhall. OK. 9/9/8/8/10/10
