Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, smoke, smoked meat - wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, sugary, smoked, meat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150227]

Bottled@fonefan. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, floral and some bready and earthy notes. Flavour is mild fruity notes, some grains, grass, herbs and hay. Not bad actually.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, cereal, wheat, bread notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cereal, sweet malt, sugary, wheat. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150301]

Bottled@fonefan. Small white head on a golden coloured liquid. Aroma is mild smoke, and some quite typical "helles" notes. Flavour is smoked wood, some earth, sweet malts as well as some earthy and grassy notes. Quite a fresh smokebeer, which was easy to get down.

Bottle. An unclear orange-golden beer with a dense, finger-thick white head leaving some lacings. It’s very bready and doughy on the nose, with some grassy hops. Rather cloying in the mouth, sickingly sweetish wort, with some dough and a little bitterness. Medium body and a soft carbonation. Lasting cloying finish with a good bitterness. Rather horrible this one, except for the bitterness in the finish. 150301

Bottle. An unclear one with lots of microfloaties. Golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma has a nice ham-like smoke, fruityness and some caramel. Grass, pine cone hints and fruityness in the flavor, bitterness too, dealing with the sweetness, but most of all it’s ham in the flavor. Full to medium body, with a soft carbonation. Lasting smoked ham finish with fruityness and some grass. A quite nice smoked beer, although not world class. 150227

Hell rauchiger Antrunk, der durch eine zu starke Süße getrübt wird. Etwas erhöhte Karbonisierung, die Rauchigkeit nimmt ab. Gelungener Antrunk, danach leider zunehmend schlechter. 9/10/9/7/8/8

Bottle. An almost clear one, dark golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is rather malty, with toffee and some bread notes. Resiny, grassy hints too. It’s quite dry on the palate, with caramel and fruit flavors. Pleasant carbonation level, medium to full body. Resins, grass and bitterness both in the end and initially. Quite decent this one, but nothing special going on. 150227
