On tap at the beer garden. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a lot of straw and hay with a hint of leaves underlying. Flavor is mild with a combination of hay, straw and slightly earthy leaves.

Tap at the Brewpub, Austin Texas, 10th December 19. Pours very light straw in colour. Aroma is light yeast and floral. Taste is smooth and slightly sweeter than the Industry Pils. Another good and authentic Pils.

Draft. A- Malty, caramel, bland. A- Brown color, clear liquid, white head. T- Malty, caramel, roasty. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Boring. Not a lot of flavor in this one.

Draft. A- Bland, straw, mild apple. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Subtle funk, rotten apple, crisp, straw. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, astringent finish. O- Not really sour at all. Felt a little off too. Not the best and definitely not a great sour.

Draft. A- Citrus, slightly grassy. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Citrus, bitter, soapy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Decent. Not as good as their core IPA or pale ales in my opinion, but drinkable.

Draft. A- Citrus. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Citrus, dank, pineapple, papaya, mango. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Nicely balanced with minimal bitterness. This is my kind of pale ale. Loaded with tropical citrus and easy drinking.
