7.3% and described as an English style IPA. Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a thin white head. The mild aroma offers up some floral and spicy hoppiness as well as a caramel maltiness. The taste delivers soft sweet malts running quickly into floral bitterness linked up to a bit of a biscuit sensation. Bitter floral hops and the caramel and biscuit malts marry up and head to the finish. Simple lightly hopped but there is a decent bitterness here. Nice English style IPA

Draft - Lots of chocolate with malty caramel sweetness. Almost a clear dark amber with a decent brown head. Roast with the same caramel backbone. This is just a darker version of their porter.

Draft - Sweet grapefruit with pale malts. Clear gold with a thin white head. Light hops and mandarin with a malt grain finish. Very rich mouthfeel. More like the description of a hopped golden. Interesting, but not what I want in an IPA..

Draft - Caramel and chocolate, almost candy bar like. Clear dark amber with a creamy brown head. Tastes just like it smells. Although so different than porters I have had, this rocks. Butterfinger in a glass and sessionable. Winner.

Can @ Papago. Dark yellow/orange appearance with a nice off-white head. Pretty grapefruit citrusy, sweet citrusy aroma. A touch tangy, lightly bitter, rich grapefruity, citrusy hoppy flavor. Very sessionable.
