Draft - Sweet lemon grass with a heavy Belgian yeast profile. A little artificial in smell. Cloudy yellow with persistent thin head. Wheat, lemon, yeast and a slight sourness, a nice light refreshing flavorful beer.

Draft - Desert like sweetness almost like McDonalds strawberry sundae topping. Almost opaque mahogany with a rich brown head. Thankfully tastes nothing like it smells. I still get candied syrup, but more of a molasses. Burnt sugar and dark fruits, especially prunes. Not what I expect at all. Much too sweet which masks all the alcohol which does appear lightly in the finnish. Maybe more conditioning would have rounded out.

Draft - Floral sweet orange hops. Thick of white head and clear dark copper. Hops stand out with the orange and pine dominating followed by some sweetness to round out and an appropriate amount of bitterness. All the ingredients are there, but for some reason aren’t in harmony as they should be. I like it for a local brew, but it is just missing something.

Draft - Semi dark chocolate and roasted malts. Opaque black with a long lasting small brown head. Chocolate dominates, but with without the bitterness that can sometimes follow. There is a odd taste of sweetness in the finish, that isn’t bad but sticks out. Decent.

Draft - nice roasted malts on the nose. Clear amber with a thin but persistent head. Tastes just like it smells. Rich toasted malts a bitter bite and grain finish. A ver good clean, classic example. You get exactly what you expect, which now is considered unexpected.
