On tap at Noble Pig, pours a hazy bronze with a small beige head. Aroma brings out candied sugar, burnt sugar and Belgian yeast. Flavour brings out a mix of interesting notes, with Belgian yeast, burnt caramelized sugar, and some slightly herbal notes. Well-balanced and light on the palate. Very good stuff.

On tap at Noble Pig, pours a dark amber brown with a small tan head. Aroma is quite robust for a brown ale, with toasted coffee beans and some roasted malt. Flavour isn't as robust, but still pleasant, with muted dark fruits, toasted malt and dry toffee. Dry finish, with no residual sugars. Very solid brown ale.

On tap at Noble Pig, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is light on the hops with biscuity malt and a very light dry hoppiness. Flavour is rather sharp, with herbal hops, a little British tinge to it, and crisp crackery malt. Decent balance, with a good astringency on the finish. Solid IPA.

On tap at Noble Pig, pours black with an amber tinge and a small tan head. Nose is kind of chalky, with notes of charcoal, light coffee grounds and cocoa powder. Flavour brings out a mix of cocoa powder, stale coffee grounds, and charcoal. Chalky mouthfeel, leaving something to be desired on the palate, but the flavours are nice enough. Decent porter.

On tap at Noble Pig, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Pretty light on the nose with not much discernible. Flavour is dry and fairly astringent, with soapy floral notes, some grassiness and a considerable hop astringency on the finish. Not really brewed to style, nor does this embody what a pilsner should be. Meh.

On tap at Noble Pig, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of British malts, vegetal herbal notes, and mushroom. Flavour is very fungally, with lots of mushroom-like herbally vegetal notes. A bit off on style - doesn't drink vey smoothly. Not great.

Cask - Fresh pine hops. Cloudy orange with a rich beige head. Fresh pine, grass and some resin. Orange in the finish and very dry. Nice and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
