Darkish amber color, clean; creamy head. Very light aroma and flavor of caramelly malts, with ordinary bitterness, an inpression of chlorine (bad tap) water, and a slightly metallic finish. Boring.

Draught at the brewpub; luckily without lime
Cloud amber color; creamy head. Mild malt, biscuity aroma. Sweetish flavor, with a nice spicy profile, beyond just the coriander; correct bitterness. Simple but pleasant.

I actually donβt know if this is a lager or ale. It could go either way. Fairly standard-looking amber colour. It was served rather cold for much aroma to escape, a bit caramelly, maybe grainy. Flavourwise is tended towards a mild sweetness, with subtle caramel and fresh malt notes. Very clean - hence why Iβm not sure of the yeast. Typical of Freddyβs brews in that itβs well made but not terribly flavourful.

Golden-copper colour. Aroma is mainly woody with hints of caramel. Very smoky flavour - the smokiest of any ale purporting to be in the Scottish style that Iβve ever encountered. Hints of apples, wood, caramel. Dryish finish. Top-fermented rauchbier.

Golden colour, soft visible carbonation. EKG aroma with very slightly bready, toasty accents. Mild bitterness. Earthy EKG notes with honeyish, lightly biscuity malts. A little light for me, but clean and well-constructed.
