Draft: cloudy, medium brown-amber with a small beige head. Aroma is oakey bourbon, vanilla, caramel, banana-cream. Taste is sweet...caramel malt, banana, clove, a little chocolate....graham cracker...and a subtle, sweet, bourbon heat and burn....wow.....the more it warmed, the more I felt I was drinking a liquefied Banana cream pie and bourbon cocktail......my glass was from a batch @ 295 days on barrel......REALLY nicely done.

Draft: Cloudy amber-orange with a puffy beige head. Smoked ham, caramel aroma. Taste is sweet, smoke, caramel malt, light grain malt. A nice blend.....smoke, kolsch sweetness and a mild, pils/straw bitter. Nicely done.

Sample @ GABF 2017. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty woody chocolate aroma. Fruity malty woody chocolate flavor with weak hints of bourbon. Has a fruity malty woody chocolate and caramel finish.

Great Taste of the Midwest 2017. A "Vienna Kolsch" does not make sense to me, but I love smoked beer so this works anyway. Hazy orange color, not like a kolsch. Smoke in the aroma and the flavor. Thicker on the palate that some.Good smoke; lots of it, and a little smoked meat.

Draft: Black, with a creamy tan head. Roasty peanut, milk chocolate scent. Flavour is nice.......biscuit, peanut butter, chocolate malt. Good, natural peanut notes.....not too weak or overdone. Excellent.

Draft. Bourbon, orange, banana, clove, wheat malt, and hay aroma. Cloudy amber with nice light tan head. Moderately sweet bourbon, banana, clove, wheat malt, and mildly bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Nice body. Really like how the bourbon mixes with the weizenbock flavors - excellent.

Draft. Peanut butter cookie, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Black with moderate tan head. Moderately sweet peanut butter, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body and balance. Delicious.

Draft: Heavily hazy amber-orange with a small beige head. Sweet caramel, yeast and fruit aroma. Taste is lightly spiced, toffee malt, yeast...... Very malty and buttery with a nice strong body. Very nice.
