10 oz draft at the Hilton Head Brewing Company on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The pour is an orange ruby, hazed with no head. The aroma is fruit sweet, floral hop along with a bit of cereal malt. The taste is resin pineapple, fruit sweet and some of the citrus floral and finishes with alcohol heat. The palate is medium bodied unfiltered mouthfeel and a somewhat silky, warming finish which integrates better than it had initially.

Can. Orange, biscuit malt, and orange peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large head. Moderately sweet orange, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Okay body. Nice. Only took me 12 years from my first visit to the brewery to try a beer.

12 oz can purchased as a single at Bi-Lo on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The pour is a murky cloudy brown golden with limited white head. The aroma is bright tropical hops along with some resin and a general dirty earth odor. The taste is the hop resin and a Brett yeast character which is sharp, and out of place with the hop flavor. Brett shows as an unpleasant leather, particularly in the finish. I doubt the yeast is intentional. The palate is light bodied with low carbonation and resin with the off-leather finish. Weird, heavily infected or not that well made - take your pick.
