From Brewvana 12 days of Christmas. There's a best by date but it's unreadable.

It pours a hazy orange almost honey like colour with a small and quickly disappearing head of foam, no lacing.

The smell is tart. Apricots, hibiscus, lemon, mango and some chili peppers. What a mix.

The taste is sour apricots, lemon, hibiscus and quite a bit of heat from the peppers. Umm.

Light bodied, this is not a beer that I am enjoying. Lose the heat.

5 October 2022. At Mad Dogs British Pub, San Antonio. Shared with the lovely Anke!

A: clear golden, thinning head.
A: plum, apple peel, unripe pear, grass.
T: sweetish apple & pear, grass and some caramel.
F: herbal hops, bitter grass, vague dry nuttiness.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Forgettable.

12 oz can from Total Wine - San Antonio. Pours a semi-clear yellow-gold color with a very large white head and good retention. Lots of streaming bubbles. Fair lacing. Aroma of sour malts. Unfortunately the taste follows the nose, with sour malts and a light yeast finish. Not my jam. Medium-light body. High carbonation. At least it's not bitter. Bad can? Disappointing.

Can. Amber beer with a big cream head. Light grapefruit and light tropical fruit aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with backing tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with tropical fruit.

Roasty nuttiness. A bit thin but a very crushable stout. Would’ve thought it was maybe 7%, glad I didn’t pound a few on a picnic.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine - The Rim, San Antonio, TX. Pours a cloudy light yellow color with a huge rocky white head and annoyingly good retention. Great lacing. Yeasty aroma. Yeasty and bready flavor with a soapy, sourish finish. Soft mouthfeel. Light body. A little too soapy tasting for me.

12 oz. can bought at HEB Supermarket in Boerne, TX. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a small white head and fair retention. Minimal lacing. Light grain and light watermelon aroma. The taste follows the nose. Light grainy lager initially with a quick hint of watermelon and a short finish. Crisp mouthfeel. Light, watery body. Not bad for a light beer. Thirst quencher.

12 oz. bottle purchased in San Antonio, TX. Pours a crystal clear bronze color with a small khaki head and fair retention. Minimal lacing. Light caramel aroma. Tastes like sour-ish malts and nothing else. Weird. Maybe this bottle went bad? Not good.
