Not bad, on the sweet side which makes corn the dominant note, a little toasted grain mixed in with a modest citrus note. Certainly drinkable.

Waves of passion fruit, mango, grapefruit, and peach, with a touch of chive and funky malt sweetness. Finishes with a touch of pithy bitterness. Not bad.

Amber color. Sour flavor with base of sweet and indescribable fruit. Similar to other prickly pear sours I have tried.
