On tap at Stormcloud. Pours black with an off-white head. Roasty cocoa coffee aroma. Flavor is quite roasty, toasty cooffee, with a little bit of alcohol. That said, it doesn’t really convince me as a stylized malt liquor.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep brown with an off-white head. Cocoa roasty aroma. Flavor has the cocoa roastiness, chilis, and a cinnamon curry vibe. Quite a good stout with some nice flavors mixed in.

On tap at Stormcloud. Clear golden pour with a white head. Citrus aroma. Flavor hits all the citrus notes: lime, lemon, grapefruit, and orange, probably in that order. Pale malt toward the end. A pretty successful fruit beer.

On tap at Stormcloud. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Aroma is somehow minty along with the citrus. Flavor has a sweet tequila orange citrus blend, again it has an almost minty quality, the beer really works well with the tequila addition.

On tap at Stormcloud. Deep brown pour. Roasty coffee and molasses aroma. Flavor has coffee and molasses, with anise as the most prominent flavor. I found this one quite enjoyable.

On tap at Stormcloud. Cloudy gold pour with a white head. Ripe peach aroma, not my favorite. On taste, it’s a fairly unified flavor of peach with citrus hops, touches of yeast and pale malt. Flavor works out pretty well, but I just have a problem with the aroma.

tap (last fall) - Pours amber-orange with an off-white head. It smells of Belgian yeast and spices. The flavor is sweet and spicy with Belgian yeast and caramel. Medium bodied with lively carbonation, it’s a pretty good beer. Currently listed as 6% abv on the brewery’s website.

On tap at Stormcloud. Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is yeasty with a tangy blueberry note. Flavor is yeasty, pale malt, slight tea, with blueberry that isn’t overpowering but adds a nice twist to the overall flavor.

On tap at Stormcloud. Deep brown pour with a light tan head. Light sweet roasty malt aroma. Flavor is light, smooth roasty coffee and cocoa, some nice yeast twang, red grape. Perfect body for what it is: this is pretty much exactly what I want when I’m looking for something very slightly lighter than a stout.

On tap at Stormcloud. Pours golden with a white head. White wine and white grape aroma. Flavor again primarily white wine and white grape, a little caramel and yeast. I really like it myself.
