On tap at the brewery. A clear amber pour with a white head. Sweet citrus and piney aroma. Herbal, citrus, pine, and grassy hops all in there in the flavor. Dry. Quite nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Aroma is similar to the Harvest Tripel, pale maltiness with an odd mustiness, though less of the mustiness. Flavor profile is also fairly similar, with green grapes and florals, yeastiness, but without the same alcohol presence. A little less interesting than the Harvest Tripel, but also somewhat less rough.

Rerate May 2016: I simply have a note here to raise the rating to a 4.0.

On tap at the brewery. Gold pour with a white head. Aroma is not what would be expected, pale malt with a general mustiness that doesn’t match the beer. Flavor is very nice, though, with green grape and floral notes, definite (though not unpleasant) alcohol, and yeastiness. Despite the rough edges, I think I find this a little more interesting than their 228 Tripel, which I rated next.

On tap at the brewery. Black pour with an off-white head. Roasty cocoa aroma. Nice cocoa and roasty coffee, some malted milk ball. Well done.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear red amber with an off-white head. Red and green grape aromas and earthiness. Flavor similarly leads with strong red and green grapes, spicy and earthy, even having some oregano of all things at times. Overall yeasty tone gives it a nice finish. I do love a good dubbel.
