Shaker pint draft at the Tippecanoe Restaurant in South Bend, Indiana. The pour is a clear orange amber golden with a small white head that leaves behind nice lace. The aroma is crystal malt, some toffee and grass. The taste is biscuit malt, crystal malt, floral grass and a clean finish. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and an earth floral biscuit finish. Solid ESB.
