Cheap can from chalet. Pour is hazy pale with an orange tint. Nice head fades to a thin sheet. Very mild hop perfume aroma. First taste is IPA all the way and you know what that means; must I say it? Bitter? Has a ropey somewhat fruit background riding in there. Maybe some leather too, hiding in the background. Some mild co2 in there but that does not distract from the terribly on style flavor. A little rude at times, as the session continues, I swear the bitter intensity swells. Yea, what else can be said? Its a typical crude rude IPA, they all practically taste the same and there are a zillion of them out there. You like the style? Don't pass it up, its cheap and its good as ther rest.

Bright pale and clear with a nice foamy white head that lasts quite a while. Nose identifies this as a higher hopped pils. First big taste confirms it; this is a typical domestic pils with quite a big sharp bitter bite. Those old country pils do have a sharp bitter bite but these domestic varieties actually take it a bit further. Co2 level is there but the overwhelming effect of the harping carping sharp bitterness does not make life any easier. Each slug makes this sharp bitter near astringent bite gets reaper deeper. Yep, I like plain old pale lagers but these in yer face domestic high kick pils sometimes get on my nerves. Oh well, there, you have it.

Very nice blackish brown pour from a 2$ can. Creamy tan head. Nose is somewhat malted milk! Initially taste is milk stout up front then a small barrage of sweetness comes thru. Not sure if I can pick out the coconut but there is substance of chocolate and vanilla in there. Decent co2. In the middle, now I'm getting the coconut, it has taken a few big swigs to get there. Milk stout alone is enough sweetness for me and these pastry stouts are excessive in their cloying attitude. To make it worse, this one has barely any carbonation for a distractor. Near the end, I've had enough, and the gustatory sensation of honeyed syrupy saccharine nearly makes me gag, but I'll finish it anyhow. There, you have it. Difficult to say the least whew. Glad it has a higher alky content to help me overlook this beer tasting experience on the finish.

Cheap can pour nearly clear pale with a head that fades rapidly to nuttin. Very nice mild sweet tropical fruit nose. First taste is some tropical cocktail can of fruit followed by some distinguishable heat. Not lots of heat, just enough to let you know there is pepper in there. Yes, not much for fruit cocktail flavored beers but the heat in this at least makes it interesting. Has a good level of carbonation that also keeps it compelling. Forget the tropical thing and just keep the pepper catawba! Yes, if I could ditch the tropical fruit thang, this would be a total winner for me. On the finish, the juicy fruit gum tropical thing really starts to get on my nerves but the follow up with the heat keeps me looking for more.

Can for 2$ at chalet. Pop the lid and a tremendous alarming aroma of sweet citrus hop perfume, permeates the environment. Clear pale with a craggy foamy head. Let me warn you ahead of time; I hate IPA, so ignore my numbers since this is the first rating for this beer. It is a really good IPA, I just do 'em as a tick; can't stand the concept, my palate is not mature enough to appreciate the style, hehehehh. Ha, the label says its flavored as thiolized dank, what ever. So thiolized refers to a process that uses genetically modified yeast to release thiols, which are aromatic compounds that add tropical flavors to beer? We'll see. I am familiar with common canned fruit cocktail. First big swig is a mouthcoating blast of bullshitty IPA fer sher. By bullshitty, I mean terribly on style, whew. Not sure about the tropical poppycock, but it is terribly bitter. Dry? Not sure about that either, its certainly higher in alky but there is a cloying undesirable attitude about it for a lager lover. Big bugger blast to the back of my piehole. Yeeeow; yucky yellow-bellied yobbish yapping yokel. I just don't get these IPA bombs, and double impy? Well, that's a triple layer of daunting despicable delinquent destructive devilish disgust. Man enough for dreadfully on style dank IPAs? Put this on yer bucket list, quite a sample. Dank, that's another story. Dank you. BTW, I think I'm catching a little buzz at the end of this session. At least it has some redeeming value for a macro pale amercian lager lover, wahhhh.

Pour is a black with a small tan head that knocked off real quick. Aroma is sugar and spice. Flavor is tons of sweet cocoa powder with some lactose sweetness. A creamy stout with some residual sugar that I thought again did not ferment all the way. Odd stout with no head and was super sweet.

Pour is a hazy red with a small white head. Aroma is red malt with a little treacle. Flavor is brown sugar sweetness with some red apple and finishes with candi sugar. Decent malty beverage without getting overly sweet.

Hazy yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Hops, citrus and malt aromas. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/18/2019. Brown-black color with a thin tan head that diminishes quickly to a dense film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, coffee and chocolate. Light to medium body with flavors of roast coffee, malt and bittersweet chocolate. The finish is roasty and creamy with a coffee aftertaste. Decent overall.
