Bottle. Earthy flower and herbal honey aroma. Pale yellow. Sweet honey and light herbal hay flavor. Nice body. Very nice and at $6.99 for 750 mL a huge bargain.

Bottle: Clear, very pale yellow, no head. Tropical, mango, honey scent. Very sweet...mango juice, more of a honey-feel than flavour... A mild warmth from the alcohol, but not bitter at all.....just super-sweet fruit. Tastes pretty good, but lacks the body and punch that I prefer in a mead.

Bottle, metal. A clear pale golden cider with some bubbles on top. Sweet aroma with apples. A tad alcoholic. Alcohol, apples and white sugar in the flavor. Medium body, very soft carbonation. Apples and white sugar in the end. Way too sweet this one, and quite alcoholic. 140214

bottle - Pours clear light gold and has a big cherry aroma with some honey in the background. The flavor is a very sweet marriage of black cherries and honey that definitely tends more toward the fruit. Like the other Oliver fruit honey wines, it would be nice if they would tone down the syrupy sweetness a bit. The finish is fruity and sweet too. Not bad.

bottle - Pours clear golden and has an aroma that’s heavy on the mangoes with some honey evident too. The taste is extremely sweet and loaded with mango. The honey is definitely there but takes a back seat to the mango. Alcohol is notable, but mostly it’s a fruity, syrupy sweet drink. Okay, but too sweet.

bottle - Pink color with an aroma of watermelon and honey (duh). The taste is extremely sweet. Watermelon is definitely there but it isn’t terribly strong. Honey wines are often sweet, but I found it to be on the sweet end even for them. It’s almost cloying. The flavors work alright, but I’d cut back the sugars. Still, it’s quite drinkable for a dessert.
