Pours very dark purple. Scent is vanilla, pure berry puree. Fruits and honey. Taste is full, intense, thick, super sweet. Very nice mead for sure !

Pours clear, light red/pink. Scent is full, tanic berries. Taste is full, very sweet and intense. Strawberry, raspberry, fairly boozy.

Pours intense red, to a brown/black intensity even. Scent is full, immense berry funk and sweet impression. Taste is full, intense berry juicyness. Mild acidity. Very thick and sweet base. Pips style USA type of mead. Lovely, and quite frankly i'm super impressed with this !

Obviously very strongly sweet-smelling with nice fruitaromas. Very syrupy sweet in drinking but with complex, almost madeira-like fruitflavours, very complex. Pretty unique, thanks to Geert for sharing!

Yesterday. Paired with vanilla pannacotta with raspberries and almond. Deliciously fruity! Deep well structured acidity and massive (yet balanced) sweetness.

Yesterday. Insane mead! Incredibly intense bilberry character that turns herbal with intense mint and hints of lemon balm and forest floor in the nose. Taste is pure bilberry goodness with delicious vanilla. Perfect sweetness balancing the tannins. Damn!

EB from natural wine and grape “lambic” tasting. Lovely really cool berry character.
