Bottle at home. Dark brown with beige head. Figs, raisins, a bit sugary, dried apple, mineral water. Light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Remarkably bland.

[ As Neuzebier Tripel Bruin ].Clear dark brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, moderate hoppy, grass - dusty grass, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty grass - hops, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150725]

[ As Neuzebier Tripel ].Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light straw, light to moderate hoppy, grass, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt - yeast, fruity, belgium yeast, herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Troebel geel bier met schuim. Smaak is zoetig en licht bitter, iets van rook, citrus en kaneel. Best aardig bier

Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht hoppig bitter en zoet, caramel, toffee en choklade. Van de geselecteerde kruiden kan ik weinig terug halen. Wel heel goed.

Bottled@PBF X. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is spiced, floral, wooden and some slight herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, floral and some mild wooden and yeasty notes to it. Balanced, but nothing too special.

Draught@PBF X. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, raisins, some wood and mild toffee as well. Flavour is raisins, spices, some wooden notes along with mild toffee and yeast.
