Nice stuff. Easy going again. Was bit wrecked by this stage because all the beers were so nice.

Easy going again. Nice subtle maltiness. Chocolate aroma. Ovaltine tastiness. Little bit of hoppiness

hazy golden color. Pours a massive white frothy head. Very Belgian yeasty nose, effervescent with hints of white wine and pears. Very carbonated. Light body, hoppy. Super well balanced.

a bit juicer than other table brett beers but still very dry. Excellent funk as always

Murky light golden color. Frothy white head. Excellent dry funky nose with decent sourness and some apricot, citrus and hay underneath. Light body, medium bitterness, decent funk, hay and citrus notes. Well balanced. Refreshing. Excellent.

golden amber color. Nice sweet nose, very funky yeasty nose that is a combination of dry palate, flowery, and a touch of honey. Flowery honey, very malty. The body is a bit lifeless, but loved the honey character.

It’s spring solstice so time for a seasonal! Songbird Cuvée de printemps 7% Clear soft gold with a funky earthy a bit slinky aroma. Medium to light bodied and bone dry with herbal spicy hops and earthy accessible flavors. Really on point and drinkable.

Songbird Maltina 7% Reddish brown with minimal fizzy beige foam. The aroma is plum, raisins and toffee caramel. The taste is malty but not sour with tobacco leaves, caramel and dried fruits but mostly toffee like malt notes. Kind of underwhelming to be honest so I’m wondering how the spices ramped this up.

I got this as it reminded me of this song I used to listen to in high school. Songbird Le Petit Bonheur Spiced Porter? 8% Not sure if the style on this one, it was a dark brown/cola black that had a thin rusty dark foam that didn’t last very long. The aroma smells a bit like an old bruin, the taste is tart, fruity, chocolatey oatmeal. I don’t get anything spicy about it, it’s interesting. An acidic sour chocolate oatmeal brew.

Multiple bottles shared in Tokyo. Thanks for Batch 2 Tim M. and thanks for Batch 1 Rob! Pours a hazy straw gold with a full 2 fingers of white soapy foam that lingers. Lovely grassy nose with musty cobwebs, funky basement rocking chair, lemon and gooseberry aromas. Tart on the palate, but not overly so. Lots of grainy pilsner malt and faint notes of wheat chaff and mineral flavors. Crisp and clean carbonation. I prefered the batch 1 to batch 2. Maybe the age helped things out? Solid spon coolship beer coming out of Japan.
