Draft: Almost clear, amber/orange with a small white head. Tangerine and maybe a little blood orange in the aroma. Pineapple, tangerine, peppery flavour. Sweet and piney. Pretty smooth, nice spice throughout....tasty.

Sample at Daily Growler UA. The beer is a slightly murky dark amber color with a medium thick foamy light beige head that diminishes gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, ripe fruit and hops. Medium to full body with flavors of caramel malt, fruit and earthy hops. The finish is slightly boozy with a fruit and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at Daily Growler UA. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a medium fluffy white head that recedes gradually. Sticky small patches of lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Medium to full body with an herbal hops character and notes of fruity yeast and doughy malt. The finish is fruity up front with a mild grassy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at The Ohio Taproom. This beer pours black with a thin tan head that diminishes quickly to a thin outer ring. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Medium to full body with flavors of charred malt, coffee and anise. The finish is roasty with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Sample at Daily Growler UA during the "2 year Anniversary Celebration/Christmas Beer Party" on 12/17/2014. The beer is a clear dark brownish-amber color with a medium thin light beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, dark fruit and caramel. Full-bodied with a medicinal fruit character and notes of caramel malt and earthy hops. The finish is fruity with a somewhat harsh hoppy aftertaste. Couldn’t get on board with this one, slightly above average overall.

On draught at Gallo’s Tap Room. Clear dark orange color with a medium foamy white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Sticky partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.
