12 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours slightly hazy golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, fruit skin, lemon, lime, green apple, peach, pear, melon, hay, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of strawberries, fruity/acidic yeast, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, fruit skin, lemon, lime, green apple, peach, pear, melon, hay, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy strawberries, fruit skin, lemon, lime, green apple, peach, pear, melon, hay, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of strawberries, fruity/acidic yeast, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited Berliner weisse! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of strawberries, fruity/acidic yeast, vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Awesomely jammy berries and balanced Lacto complexity; nice malt/lactose backing against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Tasty DIPA, not quite the magical beast that is Kuhnhenn DRIPA but close, hoppy as hell and semisweet, teeming with grapefruit, apricot, pine, white pepper, and berry notes all atop a sneaky sake undertone. Finishes dry and slightly boozy, with a rice wine fade and a lingering but negotiable hop bitterness. Pours a hazed gold with a massive white head and infinite lacing. Subdued aroma's a letdown, but the feel's wonderful, thick and oily and oh so easy to put away. Very good pint.

Aromas of big juicy/lightly tart red raspberries, lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, passion fruit, currant, red grape, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, pepper, pine, toasted bread, light caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, raspberries, lemons, and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/lightly tart red raspberries, lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, passion fruit, currant, red grape, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, pepper, pine, toasted bread, light caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness; and light fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy red raspberries, lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, passion fruit, currant, red grape, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, pepper, pine, toasted bread, light caramel, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, raspberries, lemons, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is an excellent fruited IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, raspberries, lemons, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink, with the modestly bitter/drying finish, never aggressive. This uses Enigma hops to enhance the berry/dark fruit character. Great balance of juicy/dank hops, raspberries, and lemons; nice bready malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. A very enjoyable, unique, and well made offering.

Tap 10oz at The Square Pub, Decatur, GA. Opaque black, good brown-beige head. Toasted, tobacco and licorice aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, sticky, licorice, toasted malts, dark chocolate and even some bread. Nice sippable "licorice stout". Liked it.

Minimal warming alcohol for 8.2%. Overall this a fantastic DIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish, never aggressive. Citra and Mosaic hops. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and dank hop complexity; nice pale malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. Well attenuated from the rice. A highly enjoyable offering as expected, love the hop profile.

A good idea in need of fine-tuning, a few tweaks to beef up the body while backing off the raisin-cherry acidity that clashes somewhat with the S'mores goodness. Definitely lives up to its chocolate-graham-marshmallow intentions, with a dark chocolate sweetness offset by a formidable vanilla undercurrent and distinct graham notes around the edges. The java bitterness prevents the pint from growing cloy, but the acidic fruit tones become distracting, growing too pronounced on the back end for pure imperial stout joy. Texture's a tad thin as well, and the pour comes out black but watery and lacking much head or lace. Close, but a miss.

Interesting smoothie IPA, surprisingly dry for a beer packing this much mango juiciness, with a subtle vanilla undertone that never quite melds with the dry IPA underneath. Still, the citric hops play off the adjuncts with just enough clever dexterity to overshadow any major flaws, and the light sweetness accentuates the gentle biscuit malts. Pours a hazy gold with a thick white head dotted with unexpected yellow spots and tons of lacing. Mango, vanilla, and pine on the nose. Creamy texture makes for an easy-drinking pint. Curious as to what this goop is at the bottom of my pint glass; otherwise, nice beer.

Can. Cloudy medium dirty orange body with fine sediment; medium pillowy off-white head. Aroma of citrus peel, citrus, and floral hops, light and tangy, also some spiciness. Tangy body, sharply carbonated. Bread dough, pineapple, and lemon, floral and spicy too, finishing with a lingering herbal bitterness (a lot more than expected based on my understanding of this "style") and alcohol warmth. A very tasty IPA.
