32oz growler pours with a clear deep copper to amber colored body that supports a nice tight tan head of foam. The aroma offers up malts, sweet smelling nutty notes and then a spicy yeast note blended with thin brown sugar dusted prune like fruity esters. The taste delivers sweet malts, a dash of caramel malts, also a dash of sweet prune fruity esters and then mild spicy mineral and a faint lagery fruity ester sensation. Another sip and the darker malts and crystal malt are noticed a bit more as well as a sense of sweet nuttiness. This is full of flavor, depth and richness for a 5.5% beer. Pretty solid kind of Amber Lager meets Dunkel.

32oz growler pours with a glowing opaque pappery gold copper body that supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma pulses with mango, cantaloupe, strawberry, apricot and then some hop spiciness. The taste delivers a terrific blend of juicy citrus and tropical fruity hop flavor as well as modestly bitter citrus and danky hop spiciness. I get basically the same notes noted in the nose such as cantaloupe, strawberry, apricot and then tangerine. To midway and into the finish mild resiny notes of dank spiciness and grassiness feebly bubble to the surface amid the persistent juiciness and smooth and just rich enough palate. Another dandy one from this fine brewery.

64oz growler pours with a murky copper body that has pappery gold hues and supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up juicy smelling tangelo and then tangerine with a light floral note in there as well. The taste delivers spicy hop bitterness and then quickly gets into juicy tangerine like notes. This is about the juiciest Cascade hop beer I can remember ever having. About midway a modest floral note joins in. Into the finish the malty base comes to the surface with cracker and a dash of biscuit creating a terrific counter to this hop forward experience. Just a solid Pale and the Cascade is delicious.

32oz growler pours with a deep gold body that supports a full tan head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up malty bready notes, a spicy hoppiness, citrus hops and then cracker toward the end of the draw. The taste delivers a modest level of spicy hops and vague hop bitterness rolling quickly into a firm degree of bready malts. It gets more cracker crisp into the finish. I like how this comes together. Another solid offering.

32oz growler pours with a semi opaque deep gold body that has copper hues and supports a near white head. The aroma offers up citrusy hops with tangerine and soft orange as well as a mild grain note. The taste delivers an even restrained citrus hop juiciness and bitterness. It creates tasty hoppy notes of nectarine, clementine and a dash of tangelo. Into the finish a pleasing cracker like maltiness comes to the surface helping to round out the experience. Solid.

32oz growler fill pours with a semi opaque deep gold body that supports a thin tan head. The modest aroma offers up thin streams of tangelo to nectarine notes flowing quickly into a spicy hoppiness. The taste delivers juicy tangelo, clementine and some mango as well as more grapefruit citrus hop like bitterness. The hoppy bitterness grows to non negligible levels to midway and into the finish as spicy onion notes are heard. Toward the finish a pleasing cracker like maltiness can be found from time to time. Pretty solid IIPA with plenty of juicy and bitter hops.

Crowler pours with a murky brackish pale gold body that supports a white head. The aroma offers up a blended integrated cantaloupe, guava, pineapple, spicy hops and floral hops. The taste has juicy hops that smothers the muted bitter hoppiness. I get smooth melon, mango, tangelo and cantaloupe. To midway it picks up spicy and floral hops. Toward the finish and after a few ounces the finish turns up a nice cracker maltiness that is working great here. YES!!
