--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Black, mid sized brown head. Aroma of coffee, treacle, raw licorice and crude oil. Sweet with full body and packed, rounded mouthfeel. Treacle and salty licorice, coffee and black pepper. Long bitter finish. Totally solid Imperial Stout, packed but never cloying or aggressive. Not the most complex of beers, but a lovely beer for winter storms.

Undated can drunk 4/11/24. Really nice appearance. Thick, two-finger head is firm. Gently hazy body and this time I'm not stirring the sediment in until the very last sip. Nose has unusual notes of apple, peach, guava and heavy biscuit. Very fruity, but clean, with a pinch of gooseberry and kumquat lingering. Salinity up front, or what tastes like it. Malty with honey and biscuit. Gooseberry and kumquat again with spice and unripe guava. Really unique stuff. One of the better Kettlehead cans I've had; they're usually far inferior to the draughts.

16 ounce can from Libby’s Liquors. Pale yellow gold color. Rocky white head leaves nice lacing. Floral hop aroma. Juicy sweet tropical fruit flavors abound. Notes of tangerine, mango, pineapple and melon. Wonderfully smooth and drinkable.

Aromas are citrus pith, malt and straw. Flavors are similar to nose but muted with good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Nice beer but a little bland.

Canned 2/12, drunk 4/6/24. Top pour is clear bronze with a small, fleeting, off-white head. Initially there are gummy fruits, light grapefruit and melon with biscuit and cracker malt. Light pine but no resin or booze. In the mouth there's an excellent watermelon and bright tangerine character. I decided to add the bottom of the beer while swirling and it completely removed that bright character. It adds more texture and there is a hint of the watermelon with a bit of crystal malt, pine and grapefruit. Not too bitter, certainly not resinous. Nicely-attenuated. Clean. Pretty decent amount of malt.

Aromas are malt, citrus, resin, MJ and stone fruit. Flavors are similar to nose, good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation up front with an easy bitter finish. Citrus comes out a little more at the end also. Good beer.

Canned 2/19/24, drunk 4/4/24. Pours a gently-hazed, bright raspberry-watermelon. Large, pinkish head shows good retention. Very fruity with tropical fruits married nicely with juicy berries. Moderate acidity with little/no sign of the mallow or graham cracker. Clean, bright, low on malt, low on sugar, it seems. No booze. Coconut-forward with berry sweetness and acidity. Pretty good balance with moderate maltiness. Lingering coconut. Good for a kettle sour and not too sweet. Texture is a bit thin/loose/watery, but not horrifically-so.

Brewery draught, 4/3/24. Near turbid concrete. White head quickly to ring. Heavy mineral and white wine bolstered by mango and orange. Minimal mosaic though some definite spice augmentation of the NZ hops. Plush malts. Clean. Juicy, soft, super spicy, very dry with lots of lemongrass. White wine, heavy biscuit. Wow, kettlehead beers have become too dry?!

Brewery draught, 4/3/24. Heavily hazy, bronze-brass-concrete. Small, white head quickly to light cover. Heavy spice, moderate mineral with biscuity malt and light floral and lemongrass spice. Heavy spice with big ginger-lemongrass and juicy, floral conifer. Very, very Galaxy-forward, to it's detriment, in my opinion, but I can respect how well-made it is. Not their fault galaxy sucks currently. Soft, malty, properly attenuated and lovely.
