16 oz. can, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma seems a bit oxidized, with earthy hops, light pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is much fresher, with piney hops, earthy notes and citrus tang. Doesn't seem that vibrant, but it's juicily citrusy. Good.

During Black Christmas 2018. Hazy blonde. Candied citruses wit lots of grapefruit. Maybe old but still quite good.

Can from the brewery. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light fruits and oak with a good amount of Belgian yeast and sweet grains supporting. Flavor combines Belgian yeast, light fruits and sweet grains well with dates and flora underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has marshmallow and sweet dark grains with a touch of lactose underlying. Flavor has sweet dark grains, lactose and marshmallow with a hint of smoke in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with a gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has and orange juice note with sweet grains and a hint of citrus rind. Flavor also has a lot of orange juice with a slight bitterness and sweet grain underlying.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but was just released. Pours fairly hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with amazing retention and reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, honey, rye, and white bread dough; with light notes of banana, clove, musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy/light funky yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate rye/bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, honey, rye, and white bread dough; with light notes of banana, clove, musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; and peppery yeast/rye spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, honey, rye, white bread dough, light banana/clove/funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/light funky yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate rye/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness and yeast/rye spiciness balance; with minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness and yeast/rye spiciness. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and fairly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Light lingering resins/rinds after the finish. Mildly increasing warmth of 9.1% after the finish. Overall this is an awesome Belgian DIPA! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/light funky yeast, citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate rye/bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Great Mosaic/Idaho 7 showcase. Awesome juicy and fairly dank/earthy hops, with balanced Saison/Brett yeast complexity; nice bready rye/oat/malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness from lingering bitter/spicy dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.

Aromas of big orange, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is an excellent hoppy blonde ale! All around great complexity, robustness and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/resin/drying finish. Not overly aggressive. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great Vic Secret showcase. Very vibrant, dank, earthy, and fairly juicy balanced hop complexity; solid pale/wheat malt backbone, and no residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. Pretty unique hop profile, but still delicious.

Taste of big peach, pear, apricot, lemon, orange, melon, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, light banana/bubblegum/clove, candi sugar, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness and herbal/floral/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of peach, pear, apricot, lemon, orange, melon, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, light banana/bubblegum/clove, candi sugar, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, candi sugar, pale/wheat malt, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance; and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and fairly crisp/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.7%. Overall this is an excellent Belgian strong pale ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, candi sugar, pale/wheat malt, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, fairly crisp, and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV with the mellowly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Awesomely balanced yeast complexity and pale/wheat malts; with minimal residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on classic tasting style example.
