Awesome classic Centennial/Chinook profile. Very juicy, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a nice sized clean dark/bready malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Tastes like cross between Amber/APA; but still a very enjoyable and impressive offering regardless.
