On tap at the brewery. A fully cloudy golden pour with a white head. Aromas of pine and grapefruit hops. Flavor is really nice fruity citrus: orange and grapefruit, with some biscuit in the finish. It's quite good.

On tap at Canton Brew Works. Pours a lightly hazy gold with a white head. Citrus and grassy aroma. Flavor has citrus hops, herbal hops, and toasty malt. Not bad.

On tap at Canton Brew Works. Pours clear gold with a white head. Acetic sour aroma. Flavor is dominantly the acetic sourness, with some citrus and some butterscotch and malts in the finish. Pretty nice.

On tap at Canton Brew Works. Pours very clouded, pale gold, with a white head. Yeasty bubble gum aroma. Flavor also yeasty bubble gum, clove, with the cherry kind of altering the flavor to be more fruity and less yeasty. Medium light palate. Pretty nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep brown to black with an off-white head. Aromas of dark fruits (raisin, red grape, fig) with a touch of roastiness. Roasty cocoa flavor with lots of those dark fruits and molasses. Great!

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep gold with a white head. Aroma is butterscotch, malty, hoppy. Flavor is hoppy citrus and herbal with toasty malt and butterscotch. Not the bad sort of butterscotch, though. Anyway, it’s pretty nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep gold with a white head. Bubble gum yeasty aroma and what I want to describe as green peppercorns. Flavor is strong in that green peppercorn with bubble gum and kind of bananalike esters. Touch of candy. Not quite what I expected for a banana saison, but I guess the flavors are sort of banana-adjacent? Anyway, it’s pretty tasty.

On tap at CBW. Pours black with a very light tan head. Roasty cocoa aroma with molasses. Flavor is black licorice, roasty coffee cocoa, molasses. Overall, roastiness becomes the most prevalent flavor. Very good.
