0,5l can (5,2%) from Netto Marken-Discount in Mühlhausen im Täle. Head is medium, off-white, average retention. Colour is pale gold, clear. Aroma is malty, grainy, bready, some traces of hops. Taste is medium malty base, mostly grainy bready, weak bitterness, bit vegetal, soft carbonation, what to expect for 55c.

From bottle. Grainy, zesty, hoppy, slightly metallic. Hoppy bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry hoppy grainy finish. Decent Pilsner, there’s a lot of value for this cheap price.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, orangey amber with a dense and lacing, off-white head. Malty nose with a discreet hint of caramel. Clean and malty, perhaps a tint of metal before a surprisingly hoppy finish. Not bad for a discount brand. 041224
