500ml bottle. Cloudy yellow orange, fluffy head. Grainy, bready, doughy, some banana. Dry bitterness, grainy yeasty sweetness. Medium bodied, soapy texture, soft carbonated, dry grainy doughy finish. Not a bad Hefeweizen, but a very generic and somewhat bland one.

Bottle, 2.5%. Spicy cola aroma. Clear brown colour. OK off-white head. The flavour is sweetish, but not as sweet as cola. Some bitterness from the beer, not so pleasant, really. Dry aspartame aftertaste.

From bottle. Grainy, grassy. Mild hoppy bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry grainy finish. Quite ok for such a cheap beer.

Couleur pâle vers l'ambre, col léger blanc-cassé.
Arôme est fin malté, caramel, assez basique, effet winter-cola-sassafras oscillant sur un effet 'root beer'. Houblonné noble en appui, mais sans plus.
Palais reste assez classique, caramel malté avec une douceur latente sur ce genre de caramel/toffee un peu industriel. Fine amertume en fin de bouche, sur le floral avec une pointe d'épicé rappelant le clou de girofle.
