Gold in color with some bubbles. Really weird taste and aroma. Unlike any mead I've had before. Aroma is like really old honey. Taste is like old bubble gum, honey and something I just can't identify.

Bottle pour at a Renaissance Fair. Cold and gold nice for hot day. Some bubbles. Nose and tastes of honey and light florals and white grape. Smooth palate.

I believe this is from TWSP. It's been in the fridge awhile. Golden. Aroma is honey, a little funkiness. Flavor is honey - not overly sweet, and almost an apple-like flavor. Simple, but drinkable.

Awesome! Sour cherry/pomegranate/cranberry/fruit skin/raisin/plum/herbal/lt pepper. Sweet, fairly acidic/tannic/drying finish. Slight pucker. Smooth sipping, mild warmth. Very clean, great complexity.

Delicious! Lemon/orange/citrus zest/pear/apple/floral/ginger/pepper/herbal/yeast earth. Semidry/crisp carb. Slight acids. Very refreshing.
