Description

Draught, 8% at the brewpub. Very dark brown colour, seems clear. The flavour is nicely roasted, mild roasted malt, but quite flavourful. A good sour note balances the malt. OK mouthfeel and pleasantly mild carbonation.

Draught, 8% at the brewpub. Fruity aroma, hint of coriander. Almost clear dark golden colour. Small creamy white head. The flavour is nicely sweet and fruity, at first with a little cardboard, but that goes away quickly. Good pepper flavour, tastes like fresh black pepper. Hint of coriander.

Draught, 5% at the brewpub. Weak bready aroma, hint of caramel. Almost clear amber colour. The flavour is mild, a little bread and dust, turning malty and ending on a citric cleansing note. A subtle beer, but good in its own right.
