Can. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, caramel, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus hops, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Can at the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Gushed a hazy straw colour with a huge fizzy white head. The aroma is yeasty, peachy citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a dry, yeasty, light sweet fruit, dry hop bitter palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium bodied with very lively carbonation. Massively over-carbonated in fact. I lost 20% of the can.

Bottle at the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear medium amber with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus, floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, light fruity, light resin, floral, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Ok, but the hop balance didn’t feel right and the beer tasted a little stale. Best before 20/04/2020.

Can at the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus fruits, resin woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, big malt, resin hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A solid beer with plenty going on and clearly a big malt bill, but not worth the 13 Euros I paid for it.

Can at the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy medium amber colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a malt, dank, wet dog, light juicy citrus, light dry floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. It was nice, but not great. At 13 Euros for a 440ml can I was expecting something better. Great artwork on the can though.

500ml bottle. Pours black. Toast, smoke, liquorice, plum jam, bit of peaty whisky, dark chocolate. Good body. Very nice, not quite what I was expecting though.

500ml bottle. Pours slightly hazy orange brown. Peach, strong apricot, capsicum, dank, bit perfumey, pear, orange peel, nice bitterness. Medium body. Interesting.
