Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours clear, oliy amber with no head. Clear aroma of honey and roast. Sweet flavour of honey, with notes of roast and floral touches. Warming alcohol presence. Nice.

Bottle 500ml. @ Assentoft tasting by Hansen - Zita. [ As Tarp Mjød Nr. 4 ].ABV: 16.0%. Clear medium amber orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is honey, earthy, sweet earthy, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, honey, sweet honey, earthy honey, woody honey, light alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. I did not get any licorice at all just some wood - earth was going one on top of the honey. [20141122]
