Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, grain, hay, pale male, light flowers. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and ligh moderate bitter with a long duration, hay - grass,sweet malt, sugary, palemalt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140110]

Bottle Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour is lemon, malt, citrus. Boring beer. .

Bügelverschlußflasche, erstanden im Bräustüble, Marktheidenfeld. - Strohgelb, blank; reichlich weißer Schaum. - In der Nase matter, nur leicht zitrusfruchtiger Hopfen, schwere Malzsüße und die bockbiertypischen fuseligen Noten. - Der Antrunk ist für ein Bockbier recht schlank mit zitronig-grasigem Hopfen, gefolgt von etwas mattem hellen Malz. Gut rezent. Herber Abgang mit leicht dumpfer Hopfenbittere; kräftig bitterer Nachtrunk. Unangenehm „kalkiger“ Nachgeschmack. - Ein durch Frische und Herbe untypisches Bockbier, sozusagen ein angedicktes Pils. Zu schroff und unharmonisch im Abgang, um zu gefallen. Möglicherweise noch zu grün.

Vom Faß im Bräustüble, Marktheidenfeld (21.4.2014). - Strohgelb, klar. - In der Nase feiner Aromahopfen. - Antrunk schlank mit würzig-grasigem Hopfen. Schönes helles Malz. Perfekte, milde Rezenz. Im Abgang angenehme grasige Bittere; mittelstarker hopfenaromatisch-bitterer Nachtrunk. - Einfach ein schönes fränkisches Pils - eine Wohltat nach der Plörre, die man z.B. in Hessen als Bier bekommt.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig, getreidig. Geschmack leicht malzig, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.

500ml bottle. Hazy deep golden to amber colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, white head. Wheaty, inrensely fruity, yeasty aroma, notes of banana, some pear, clove, a peppery spicy yeasty touch. Taste is wheaty, fruity, spicy yeasty, notes of banana, subtle sweetness, a minimally tart lemon touch, herbal hoppy overtones. Really good.
