On tap at an Asian restaurant (fine but not great) then draft at Zur Wache, Marktheidenfeld Friday 24th October 2025 after a 7-8 hour drive from Hoek Van Holland. Pours light gold, almost clear, actually it's definitely clear, nice soft mouthfeel, a little dry, however not as crisp as hopped, also bitterness light to middling, actually after the next beer at Zur Wache this is a improvement, actually great clarity, still lacking a little bitterness, oh wait after the Kellerbier you really notice the bitterness, good stuff.

Swing top bottle, tasted at Watermöll Bels in Vasse (NL). Indifferent aroma. Slight, partly faded hopbitter flavor. A bit sharp on the edges. Thinnish with a touch of dust. Drinkable.

(Draught at Foersters Feine Biere, Berlin, 19 July 2018) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grain, grass and hay. Malty taste with notes of bread, grain and a fresh, grassy bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty pilsner. Quite enjoyable.

Trocken herber, kaum hopfiger Beginn. Bitter, zum Ende voller, dennoch enttäuschend mild bleibend. Belanglos.9/8/7/7//7

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Clear golden, mid sized head. Distinct grassy nose. Dry with light-medium body and firm, crisp mouthfeel. Grassy hops and salty bread. Pleasantly dry and crisp, yet with a fruity solid malt backbone. Long bitter finish. Refreshing and moreish.

Vom Faß im Bräustüble, Marktheidenfeld (21.4.2014). - Strohgelb, klar. - In der Nase feiner Aromahopfen. - Antrunk schlank mit würzig-grasigem Hopfen. Schönes helles Malz. Perfekte, milde Rezenz.
