330ml can from the brewery taproom. Poured an unclear yellow golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, herbal, yuzu. The flavour is herbal bitter, with a dry, spicy, herbal, juicy yuzu, light metallic palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. I’m no fan of yuzu infused beers, but this wasn’t so bad.

330ml can from the brewery taproom. Poured a mostly clear medium brown colour with a mostly lasting fizzy white head. The aroma is grassy, malty. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, watery, grassy, light spicy, light hop bitter palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation and a bubbly mouthfeel. Absolutely nothing like a traditional mild. More like a poor, watery, black IPA!

Draft at the brewery taproom. Poured a mostly clear yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is yeasty, cloves. The flavour is dry, yeasty, herbal, with a light banana, yeasty, very light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Didn’t really get the promised hops. They were there for sure but not in sufficient quantity to make an impact.
