Aroma is Belgian grains, phenols, Belgian yeast. Flavour is composed, earthy. Grains, tangy Belgian yeast, one beer. Palate is very lively, moderate sweetness. Good.

Aroma is smoky Belgian phenol, wheat, light grains, peppercorn, wheaty straw. Flavour is composed of spicy wheaty grains, tangy apple, wheat, Belgian yeast. Palate is frothy carbonation, drying finish, highish carbonation. Harsh alcohol in the finish.

Aroma is spicy Belgian yeast, spicy pepper on, wheat and straw. Flavour is composed of light grains, pepper, saison yeast, spicy, wheat, hint of tangy apple. Palate is light and forthy, lively carbonation. Hint of smoke in the finish.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth’s pre GBBF shindig; hazy deep amber pour with a small off white head, aroma has some red fruits and sweet caramel, taste has stewed red fruits, hint of spice, warm alcohol.

Sampled @ ChrisO Pre-GBBF Shindig. Hazy odark orange color, small off-white color. Smell and taste malts, some sweetness, some sugar. Meh. Average to decent body and carbonation.
