Bottle at Chris and Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig, 2016 (Sunday sesh.). Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Sour lemon and vanilla aroma. Spice, walnut, vanilla and bitter citrus flavour. Good.

Pours clear reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dried fruits and faint hint of metal. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel and dried fruits finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught at Havnens Perle Samsø. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bittr flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watrery palate. Very boring.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeast, citrus, witbier yeast, bubble gum, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, citrus, coriander, bubble gum, witbier yeast.
