Bottle. Pours hazy pale chestnut with medium white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, Belgian yeast, prunes, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. Taste is medium to very sweet, medium bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of caramel, burnt sugar, prunes, spice, yeast and alcohol.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty ok spicey light hoppy aroma. Light bitter unbalanced flavor. Short light bitter finish. watery palate.

Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with intense notes of cardamon, honey, yeast, cloves, cinnamon, lemon and sour apples.

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear dark golden with a small fading offwhite head. Aroma of malt, little caramel, light fruit, sweet x-mass spices, sugar, cinnamon. Flavor is sweet and spiced, malt, caramel, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet spiced finish. 031220

bottle. clear orange, smooth offwhite head. lots of ginger and other spices making it smell like ginger browncakes, very agressively spiced. does smell good though. flavor is ginger, more ginger, everything else is quite a bit in the background. there is some malts and lemongrass though. Tastes pretty good, but it is not balanced.

clear orange, small offwhite to white head. mild malty aroma, some spices in the background. flavor is malts with a lot of different spices added, but not spices taking all the flavor profile, so decently balanced. After a while the spices do become too much though. The beer has a belgian feel to it, i wonder if it has been brewed there.

bottle. clear red-brown, small light brown head. This is so strange, the first aroma note i get is the same leather aroma that you find in a good lambic. it is probably the muscat. also fainter notes of malts and caramel. super strange but not offending aroma. flavor is slighly citrussy, christmas spicy but not that sweet, bitter nutty, alcohol. boring and weird flavor, interesting and weird aroma. Overall too weird without adding any real pleasure. plus points for experimenting, but better luck next time.
