bottle. clear dark amber brown, small offwhite head. Aroma has oranges, spices, fainter malts and belgian yeast. flavor is spices, sweet malts, hints of belgian yeast, brown sugar, chestnuts, syrup. a bit sweet and slightly industial tasting danish spiced sweet christmas beer. imagine a strong belgian double with tons of spices and not so much yeast taste as usual. For a danish christmas beer, it is above average.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear, daark amber with a creamy, off-white head. Subtle, spicy nose with an evenly subtle note of Belgian yeast. Solid body, overripe fruit, Belgian yeast, some orange notes and a warming finish. No biggie, but again actually very well made and very likely the epitome of what many Danes would consider a typical X-mas beer. 300920
